SHIPPING POLICY 

Due to the high volume during launching, please allow us a little more time than usual. Estimated time to processing orders is around 5-7 business days, we promised to work as fast as we can while making sure all the orders ship out carefully.

US ORDERS

✨All shipments from OFÉLIA is currently being handled by USPS (United States Postal Service)

✨Free shipping for any order over $45 

✨Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

✨If you have any questions/concerns about your shipment. Please don't hesitate to email us. We are here to help! However, We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Shipment insurance is available through USPS.

✨All Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 Business Days.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

✨ All international orders will be sent through USPS (United States Postal Service) 

✨ Shipping rate will be based on your location 

✨ Delivery time is 7-21 days regarding the service you choose

✨ Please note, OFÉLIA is not responsible for any customs or duty fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

RETURN POLICY

We would love our customers to be satisfied with the orders. However, we understand if you would like to exchange or return a product that does not work out or is faulty due to manufacturer.

Please contact us via support@ofeliacosmetics.com within 7 days (starting from the completed delivery day) to be supported. Naturally, we cannot support and take exchange/return on used products or product purchased outside of our 7-day return window.

In case of unfaulty products and email is sent within 7 days:

✨ If you haven't opened the product and change your mind, we will support an exchange, provided that we will not cover the shipping fee both ways.

✨ If you have opened the product and are not satisfied with the color or formula, we will give you a refund that is corresponding to 50% of restocking fee.
